Doggy Day care – Overview
If you live in Keevil, Bulkington, Seend, Great Hinton, Steeple Ashton or any other village surrounding Keevil, we can provide a home from home doggy day care service for your dog.
As part of our doggy day care package, your dog will receive a good 1 hour walk on our pack walk or a shorter walk tailored to your dogs needs if required. After the walk they can relax in our home or garden weather permitting. They can play with the other dogs or just doze. Later in the afternoon all dogs have another short walk before pick up generally between 17:00 and 19:30 ( other hours TBA).
Doggy Day care – Accommodation
We have 3 separate areas for the dogs (living room, Kitchen and dog room) all of which can be isolated from each other if required. Depending on your dogs temperament and how comfortable they are with other dogs we can put them in any of these areas to make them feel comfortable. In addition to these 3 areas we also keep a dog cage in our dinning room in case, for medial or other reasons, we need to isolate a dog into a quiet area away from other dogs.
Doggy Day care – Benefits
For younger dogs, this flexibility in our accommodation gives them the chance to socialise with other dogs at a pace to suit them which is an invaluable experience for them as they grow. For older dogs the stimulation provided through spending the day with other dogs and having regular exorcise keeps their minds active and engaged while you are at work.
